Welcome to Cape Away

This home is centrally located on Cape Cod (Mid-Cape) close to a pond, with nearby restaurants, bike trails, stores, ferries, golf courses, shopping and more - you can get anywhere on the Cape from here with the least amount of driving! We have the perfect space for a romantic couple's weekend, a family summer vacation, bachelorette / bachelor parties.

• Our absolute favorite is Mayflower Beach in Dennis: 6.5 miles, 12 minutes (concession, $35/day parking, best tide pools)
• Bass River Beach (Smugglers): 2.6 miles, 6 minutes (food trucks, bathhouse)
• Parker's River Beach: 2.9 miles, 7 minutes (food, shower, bathhouse, playground)
• Wilbur Park Beach: 1.9 miles, 4 minutes (no lifeguard, no facilities)
• Sea View Beach: 3 miles, 8 minutes (no lifeguard)
• Windmill Beach: 1.8 miles, 5 minutes (small, hard to get a spot)
• Seagull Beach: 4.5 miles, 10 minutes (shower, bathhouse, food)
• Bay View Beach: 5.4 miles, 11 minutes (no lifeguard)
• Colonial Acres Beach: 4.4 miles, 10 minutes (small, hard to get a spot)
• Englewood Beach: 4.2 miles, 10 minutes (small beach, hard to get a spot)

• Wings Grove Beach at Long Pond: 0.3 miles, 6 minutes walk or 1 minute drive

The home can comfortably sleep 8 adults (+1-3 children/infants/toddlers - we provide two pack & plays) and we are pet friendly!

• Kids' Room 3 - One full bed w/ Nectar memory foam mattress, two hybrid mattress twin beds (plus two pack & play cribs for infants/toddlers) + we offer a Halo bassinet
• Living Room - Queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the family room with a wood burning fireplace and a 65” 4K smart TV
• All bed and bath linens are included (we frequently purchase new ones), with extras provided just in case
• In true Cape Cod fashion, the home has a brand new private outdoor shower (w/ hot water)
• Gas fireplace in the sitting room
• Wood burning fireplace in the family room (we provide the wood)
• Outdoor patio area with furniture, propane fire pit table, propane grill and a Solo Stove smokeless wood burning fire pit
• 2 kayaks & 2 adult life jackets. Guests must sign a waiver prior to using this equipment.

• 2 traditional Adirondack chairs with a side table in the backyard
• The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need
• Coffee maker for every coffee enthusiast (Nespresso Vertuo, drip coffee maker, Bialetti Italian style espresso maker, French press and Chemex pour over coffee maker). We provide you with ground coffee, beans and a variety of Nespresso Vertuo and Keurig pods (decaf included).
• Every bedroom has a floor length mirror, luggage stand, plenty of coat hangers and a flashlight just in case.
• Modern technology everywhere - high speed internet, 4K smart TVs, home controls (e.g., thermostat, smoke & air quality sensors, security)
• Wireless phone charging pads, with additional outlets. We provide multi-device (Android, iPhone) charging cables for your stay - please leave them where you found them.
• Basic essentials for children: high chair, Graco pack & play, Halo infant bassinet, toys, books, games, plates & utensils, changing pad, baby bath & California Beach Tent
• Pet essentials - (2) memory foam pet beds, stainless steel food & water bowls, waterproof blankets, drying towels, extra leashes, and even poopy bags!
